CAMP ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Hello! My name is Tessa Britt-Bluth, and I’m so excited to be returning to Bear Valley Summer Camp as the Assistant Director. Bear Valley has been a second home to me for many years—I’ve grown up here as a camper, CIT, and counselor, and I feel incredibly honored to now help lead the camp that has given me so much.
I’m passionate about helping kids discover the same love for the outdoors that I found in Bear Valley. Whether it’s hiking, backpacking, or skiing, I feel most alive when I’m outside—and I love sharing that joy with others. I also have a strong love for the creative arts. I’ve been a competitive dancer since the age of 3 and enjoy bringing that creativity into camp through arts and crafts. I’m also an animal lover and always enjoy incorporating nature and wildlife appreciation into the camp experience.
One fun fact: you can actually spot a picture of me from my camper days here on the Bear Valley Summer Camp website.
I’m truly looking forward to another amazing summer filled with adventure, creativity, and connection. I can’t wait to meet all of our incredible campers and help them make lasting memories in this beautiful place.

CAMP DIRECTOR
Hello! My name is Aly Bradley, and I’m thrilled to be returning as the Director of Bear Valley Summer Camp for my second year. Bear Valley has been a special part of my life since I was just 4 years old, and it’s an honor to now give back to the community that helped shape me. I’m 23 years old and recently earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Stanislaus State. I’m currently working toward my teaching credential with the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher.
I bring a strong background in both education and outdoor recreation. I’ve worked as a ski instructor for the past 9 years in Bear Valley’s Cub Club program and currently serve as the head coach of the Kodiak Ski Team. My camp experience includes 5 years as a counselor and 7 years as a camper, and I’ve also had the rewarding experience of working at a residential summer camp for adults with severe disabilities.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment for all campers. At Bear Valley Summer Camp, we focus on building confidence, fostering friendships, and encouraging kids to try new things in a supportive setting.
I’m looking forward to another amazing summer and can’t wait to meet your campers!
