Each week of camp is 450$ plus an 5% processing fee per child.

What’s the 5% For?
That small 5% fee helps cover the cost of our registration system and other behind-the-scenes essentials. It allows us to focus our resources on what really matters—making camp fun, safe, and more affordable for all our families!

Sibling Discount - 10% off weekly tuition

Alpine County Full Time Resident/ Full Time Employee discount - 75% off weekly tuition

Weekly registrations must be cancelled 7 days prior to start date to receive a refund/credit. Cancellations 6 - 2 days prior to start date will receive a 50% refund/credit of the weekly tuition. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start date are non-refundable. Registration fees are non-refundable. Camp may be canceled due to excessive smoke and/or wildfires in the area. If camp is canceled due to smoke or wildfires we will try to reschedule you to a different week or you can receive a credit for next year.

Drop off is between 9 and 9:15am and pick up is between 2:45 and 3pm. We cannot accept late drop offs as groups will be in various locations and starting their activities for the day. Please be on time for pick up. Parents/guardians will be charged $1 for every minute they are late after 3:10pm.
